We foster a culture of camaraderie and creativity amongst our coaches. We teach real gymnastics in a fun way, with theme weeks and games.
We are looking for coaches who have a passion for connecting with children.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct children's gymnastics classes (Lesson plans and training provided)
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for participants
- Monitor and assess participant progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure equipment is set up properly and maintained in a safe condition
- Demonstrate and explain exercises and routines to participants
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and interact with participants of all ages
- Ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline in a class setting
- Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate gymnastics skills
- Ability to climb equipment and spot participants when necessary
